Bought this frame for my technologically challenged mother-in-law because it would be so great for her to just take her card out of her camera and put it in the frame. It never came back up and tech support never answered. My husband gave it to her at dinner and when they got home we tried to upload the pictures from their meal. The frame was only out of the box for ten minutes before it had some sort of annurism and went black. Returned it immediately. Too bad because these features were exactly what I was looking for.
This is a really great product. The motion senser turned it on when buyers approached it. I loaded pictures of our home and property on it to show prospective buyers how it looked when all the flowers etc. were in bloom. Our realtor thought it was a great marketing tool and I'm sure it helped sell our home. We still have those pictures loaded on it as a remembrance of our old homestead.
Bought for Christmas. So far haven't had any problems. The picture size is great and the quality isn't bad.
An astonishingly poorly designed interface. Utterly non-intuitive. Remarkably non-functional. I don't believe we can return it too quickly.
They will not return phone calls and emails sent to them are returned to your email box as undeliverable.
